The 350 m² cottage project in Kozyn was designed as a contemporary country house with distinctive architecture, functional planning, and carefully considered design solutions.

The 350 m² cottage project in Kozyn was developed as a contemporary country house with a clear architectural composition, functional planning, and restrained façade design.

During the architectural design of the house, particular attention was given to the relationships between interior spaces, natural light, and comfortable zoning of living and service areas. The layout was developed around everyday use of the house and the connection between the interior and its surroundings.

The architecture and interior design are united by a single concept: natural materials, a calm colour palette, expressive proportions, and contemporary detailing create a cohesive character throughout the house.
