The renovation of a 90 m² apartment in Kyiv was completed as a comprehensive project encompassing interior design, fit-out, and technical supervision. The interior is defined by a combination of natural wood, a warm colour palette, distinctive accents, and clean contemporary forms.

During the turnkey apartment renovation, particular attention was paid to functional zoning, lighting, and the relationship between individual spaces. Custom-made furniture solutions and a combination of different textures helped create a cohesive and comfortable residential interior.

VERXBAU carried out the full scope of fit-out and renovation works, implemented the design solutions, and provided technical supervision throughout the project. Quality control was maintained at all key stages of the apartment renovation.
