The renovation of this 140 m² apartment in Kyiv was delivered as a comprehensive contemporary residential interior project. The interior was designed as a cohesive space combining natural materials, a calm color palette, and distinctive accents.

Particular attention was given to functional planning, detailing, and the relationship between the different areas of the apartment. The planning and design solutions were developed for comfortable everyday use while maintaining a consistent visual concept throughout the interior.

VERXBAU delivered the apartment renovation on a turnkey basis — from demolition and preparatory works to final fit-out and project completion. The work included technical supervision, quality control of construction and finishing works, compliance with the design, and coordination of all renovation stages.
