The renovation of this 120 m² apartment in Kyiv was delivered as a comprehensive modern residential interior project with functional planning, a well-considered spatial layout, and a cohesive interior design concept.

Particular attention was given to comfortable zoning, logical connections between spaces, and the quality of finishes. The planning and interior solutions were developed around everyday use of the apartment and the relationship between its functional areas.

VERXBAU delivered the apartment renovation on a turnkey basis — from demolition and preparatory works to final finishes and project handover. The process included technical supervision, quality control of construction and finishing works, compliance with the design, and coordination of all renovation stages.
